What we collect, and what we do with it.
This notice describes actual handling, not an intention. If something here stops being accurate, the notice gets changed.
Who is responsible
Karunakar S, trading as KSP Industrial Supply, decides what is collected here and why. Enquiries are read only within KSP and are not shared outside it.

What we collect
Only what you type into a form or send us directly. There is no analytics tracking, no advertising pixel, no third-party embed and no cookie set by this site for tracking purposes.
The forms on this site do not send anything to us. When you select Email or Send on WhatsApp, the form fills in a message on your own device, in your own email app or WhatsApp. It reaches KSP only if you send that message yourself. Nothing you type is stored by this website.
Buyer enquiry form: your name, company, work email, delivery location and the requirement you describe. Optionally your phone number, focus area, quantity, preferred brand or specification, required-by date, and any files you attach.
Supplier introduction form: contact name, business name, email, supplier type, category and your description of your product lines. Optionally your phone number, location and website.
We do not ask for identity documents, registration certificates, bank details or payment information through this website, and you should not send them to us by email either.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, ask the clarifying questions that follow from it, investigate sourcing options, and reply to you. Supplier introductions are used to assess whether there is a sourcing fit. That is the whole purpose.
Your details are not sold, rented, or added to a marketing list. There is no newsletter to be subscribed to by submitting a form.
Attachments
Files you attach to your email or WhatsApp message arrive in our inbox or WhatsApp account with the message. They are not published and not placed in any public location.
A requirement document is not forwarded to a prospective supplier without your agreement. Where a supplier needs to see a specification in order to quote, we will ask you first, or extract only the specific detail needed.
Who else is involved
The pages are served by a hosting provider, Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs such as IP addresses in order to deliver the site securely. It does not receive what you type into a form. Emails reach us through Google (Gmail), and WhatsApp messages through WhatsApp, under their own terms.
Nobody else receives your enquiry, and enquiries and attachments are not passed to any other service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to any commercial relationship, and the files attached to them, are deleted after 90 days of inactivity. That applies equally to emails in our inbox and to WhatsApp messages.
Where an enquiry does lead to an order, the associated records are kept for as long as Indian tax and commercial record-keeping obligations require.
Your choices
Write to kspindustrialsupply@gmail.com and ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Expect a human reply rather than an automated process.
You can also simply email or phone us instead of using a form. Nothing on this site requires you to fill anything in.
Security
Pages are served over HTTPS. This is a small operation, and we would rather tell you that plainly than describe security measures we have not implemented.
Changes
If what we do with your information changes, this page changes with it. The most likely change is online form delivery, where a form sends your enquiry to us directly. This notice will describe that before it happens.
